The student is expected to find, contact and make an agreement with a relevant organization. The agreement has to be accepted by the supervisor ahead of the final agreement with the organization.

The conditions are to be agreed upon between the student and the contact person in the organization. It is not allowed to receive salary from the organization. A formal agreement should be made between the student and a contact person from the organization, making clear the aim and content of the internship and specifying how the work should be organized. The agreement should also make clear which kind of products are expected by the organization. An agreement form can be downloaded from the homepage of the study program.

If the internship runs longer than first of November, it must be stated in the agreement that the student after first of November has the opportunity to follow university courses, according to their timetables.
