Intercultural communication (Spanish)

Method of assessment: Synopsis with oral examination.

In the synopsis, students must account for the theories and methods applied to examine and elucidate the research question and briefly summarise the conclusion. At the examination, students must present their subject in a presentation lasting approximately 10 minutes. This presentation is followed by a dialogue between the students and the examiner. During the examination, supplementary questions may be posed from within the sphere of the examination syllabus.

For students who take the subject as part of an approved stay abroad: Free (unrestricted) take-home assignment
In the free (unrestricted) take-home assignment the student must, using the subject´s learning objectives as a basis, select a problem issue, elucidate and examine this as well as account for the theories and methods that have been utilised.

Assessment criteria: 
Considering the method of assessment and the current study level, specific emphasis will be put on the extent to which the student´s performance meets the learning objectives as well as to what extent the student masters the general competence objectives mentioned in the currculum, section Aim of Programme, including any professional profile and specialistions, particularly no. 1-3, 5, 8, 10, 11, 13, 15 and 16 that the course pays special attention to.

The grade will be awarded according to the extent of the fulfilment of the learning objectives as described in the Grading Scale Order (karakterbekendtgørelsen).
One grade is given for verbal language skills and one grade for the content. In cases of re-examination, that part of the examination that was graded less than 02 must be re-taken.

Reexamination takes place in the same way as the ordinary examination.
